All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
We ask all visitors to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled booking time. Oxford Castle & Prison retains absolute discretion as to whether visitors arriving late for their booking will be allowed entry.
Late-arriving visitors will be charged for their booking.
Standard fees for late arrival are 100% of the booking.
Tickets will not be transferred or refunded should a school arrive late for their time.
All changes to a school booking must be received at least 7 days in advance by contacting us and are subject to availability. Any amendments requested within 7 days of your booking are subject to availability and you will be charged a rebooking fee.

Schools arriving with fewer numbers than booked will be charged for all tickets. 1 free adult/ leader for every 5 student/ child ticket for KS1 and 1 free adult/ leader ticket is permitted for every 10 students/child tickets purchased for KS2. Any group arriving with additional numbers will be charged at the standard rate, subject to availability.
All school booking cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of your booking by contacting us. All cancellations within 14 days of your booking will be charged a cancellation fee. Standard fees for cancellation are 100% of the booking.
Full paymentwill be required at least 14 days in advance of your booking. If payment is made by bank transfer you must use your booking number as reference.
Please be advised photography is permitted at Oxford Castle & Prison and we invite you to share your photos with us by tagging Oxford Castle & Prison.
Oxford Castle & Prison reserves the right to refuse entry on to a tour or remove any person who:
