For groups and schools: a coach drop off point is located on Beaumont Street (westbound) – just outside the Playhouse (OX1 2LW). There is coach parking is available at Redbridge Park and Ride. Coach Permits for Oxford: a coach permit is required to access aeras of Oxford as such, a permit is needed to access prohibited area’s. For the latest information about these restrictions and how to obtain a permit please visit the Oxfordshire.gov.uk website
If you’re travelling by car, we highly recommend using one of Oxford’s five Park & Ride car parks to complete your journey. With frequent bus links into the city centre. The closest Park & Ride are Seacourt and Redbridge. For more information please check the dedicated website.
Car parks can be found at Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxpens, Worcester Street and Gloucester Green and are all a short walking distance from Oxford Castle & Prison. Coach parking is available at Redbridge Park and Ride. All long term coach parking has moved from Oxpens to Redbridge due to the Westgate development.
